What we collect
The diagnostic intake collects your name, work email, company, optional role, delivery stage, problem classification, timeline, and the descriptions you provide about the intended outcome, observed behavior, and business impact.
Why we collect it
Prestilla Labs uses this information only to assess your request, respond to you, determine whether and how we can help, protect the intake system, and maintain a record of the resulting business relationship.
Where it is stored
Cases are stored in a restricted Google Cloud database. The public website cannot read, list, or search submitted cases. Access is limited to authorized Prestilla Labs personnel and service identities required to operate the intake.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, API keys, source code, customer records, protected health information, financial records, regulated data, or other confidential material. The initial diagnostic is designed to establish the shape of the problem without receiving sensitive artifacts.
Retention and requests
Diagnostic cases that do not become active engagements are retained for no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@prestilla.ai.
